What are waivers

Waivers, also known as release of liability forms, are in essence a permission slip to particpate at any Cousins Adventure Park.
While injuries are rare, our insurance companies do mandate that each participant is aware and agrees to the inherent risks of outdoor play.

Each particpant is required to fill out a waiver. If a particpant is under 18 years of age, the waiver must be signed by their parent or legal guardian.
